↩️ Returns & Refunds

As a small, made-to-order and quality-focused brand, we do not offer returns or refunds for products once purchased unless the item has a genuine manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a replacement due to a manufacturing defect:

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded while opening the package.
  • The issue should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alterations, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
