At Tanika Weaves, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received has a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process your claim, we will require:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the defect
• A brief description of the issue

Once we review and confirm the defect, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

What Does Not Qualify

• Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
• Minor variations in colour due to screen display differences
• Damage caused by improper washing, handling, or wear
