We currently do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the case of manufacturing defects. To process such requests, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.

Requests raised without valid unboxing proof may not be eligible for approval. We recommend checking the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order.

All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date of ordering. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and service availability in your area.

The delivery partner for your order will be assigned based on availability and logistics coverage at the time of dispatch.
